My Pyr used to team up with one of the cats to acquire and abscond with the bread. I kept it on top of the reefer, where the dog couldn't reach it, but the cat could jump up there. So the cat would punt the bread off onto the floor, the dog would rip open the bag and they would all share the bread. Pyrs *love* bread. Bunch of juvenile delinquents.... >_>

Beo likes to try and trade his food dish with whatever you're eating. And with Sam, he likes to act like he's not paying attention while a wandering paw is creeping towards the food to gently bat it his way enough that he can snatch and run.

When Pendragon got big enough, he would walk up to the table and clunk his head down on the top with a huge sigh, and then roll his eyes to watch you eat. And drool on the table. >.< But he never got close enough to try for anything, and I never managed to get him to stop staring at every forkful. *sigh* I miss that flaky dog.

*smirks* We don't have chairs for my dining table, so we usually eat on the couch. He quickly mastered the "paw for attention, while wagging tail, and looking too cute for words" act. 9/10 times he'll win. The only exceptions are pork products, dairy, and chocolate. He's a great diet.

*whines* Wanna read too, could use a good laugh (*mutters* especially since my cable bill is now OVER $600 and the bastard as he now and forever shall be refered to as is playing dumb about it.
