Disclaimer: I'm not into tattoos in general. O.o My background makes the idea of 'branding' myself inconceivable. However, I do find the art and the choices of subject matter for tattoos (on OTHER people) very interesting. And I do love it when someone shows off a particularly nifty bit of skin art. ^____^ This is a collection of science-related body art.

I think most of the owners (wearers?) of those are past the testing part of life, but yeah, I can see a day when proctors have to keep an eye out for anyone contorting themselves to view their tattoo during an exam. ^___^ And rules that say you have to wear long sleeves, turtle necks and long pants with socks and lace-up shoes....

The fractel and DNA double helix ones are really neat. ^___^

Okay, so those are crazy cool. I loved that one with the DNA on the back.

Just wow. Is it weird of me to want to go into a science field just to get a tattoo like that?

Heh. Probably no more weird than me contemplating a tattoo just because it's science-y. ^___^
