Your tail hangs down! My tail ended up all cork-screwy. And you managed to get the fun fur on the tail! I... gave up, and just used yarn for his little tuft. >_> Have you thought about covering the whole back of his head part with the fur? It crossed my mind... until I actually worked with the stuff. But everybody that has looked at him seems to have kind of expected it. Makes me feel like I cheated...

My tail is just a chain with a loop on the end. I laid the fun fur along-side the tan yarn and worked about four stitches for the loop, then ended it all off. Ain't no way I was messing with fun fur by itself. O.O

The only way Leo would get a full head of mane would be for me to knit a swatch and then sew it on. O.o Crocheting the fun fur is just no fun. =p

My tail is a double strand, pulled through his back-side so I didn't have to sew it on... then chained. It wants to curl up. He is a piggy lion! ^o^ Then when I ended off, I just stuck an extra short piece of yarn through the end off, so there's a little tuft, but I didn't even try the fur... not after fighting to get that mane on. No fun at all! ^o^

When I do a furry tail, like for the cat, I may give the non-fun fur another chance, but if I do, it's a double strand threaded through his butt. ^___^

They are craft animal eyes. They're button-shaped with a post-and-clasp back. Kind of like a stud earring. ^____^
