I really cringe when I get one who pipes up "that's supposed to be 50% off!" because I know they got whatever it is from the wrong place, and they're going to throw a fit when that is pointed out to them. *sigh*
Woman did that. Picked up two rolls of pretty ribbon from the 50% off rack, then hacks up a hairball when they came up full price. It's obvious they aren't the cheap ribbon; different label, much nicer, but she starts frothing at the mouth about lousy service, misleading signs, etc. And her husband is standing back just rolling his eyes. She even made him pay for all of it. I would have offered her the 40% off the most expensive item, but she pissed me off. >.< Customers suck.
