My boss managed to almost give me a heart attack tonight. The company I work for is owned by a big Japanese company. The VP at my location is Japanese, the accountant is Japanese, the Big Boss in New York is Japanese. Today I put up a picture postcard of a temple in Kyoto in my kennel, and my boss noticed it and asked if I had ever been there. I told her that I'd lived in Okinawa for 13 months, but not in Japan itself. She said I could get a chance to go again. Hence the near arrythmia...

Everybody above me goes to Asia about once a month; now I'm wondering if I may actually have a chance to go back... On a company trip...
