Probably not all that long. ^___^ Just set the camera out and wait for them to take their positions. Cats love doors they can get on top of.

My Siamese used to lay on the open back door of one place we lived. It was directly across from the reefer in the kitchen, and it almost gave my dad a heart attack when the cat reached out and patted him of top of his head the first time. ^____^ Somewhere, I may have a pic of him on the door.
