We are suffering a temporary fic outtage; regular service will be restored as soon as possible. >.<

Actually, I am having a RL meltdown. The maintenance guys just left after turning off the exploded water heater, tearing out the sopping carpet pad and emptying half of my bedroom. I'll be sleeping on the sofa, I think. Nothing like a flood to prompt a total rearrangement of living quarters.... dammit. =p

At least when mine goes, it's in the basement. O.o They should put... trays or something under those thing! With water sensors to beep when they got water in them. That would at least give you a chance to bail! O.o

That's the most frustrating part. The water heater room is right next door; you'd have thought they would have made it lower than the apartment, but apparently it's all the same slab. Only thing between me and it is the framing and no water barrier. >_< Hell, even some caulking would help...

And the blower never showed up... *grrr*
